Terms & Conditions – jlvs Online Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and jlvs ("jlvs," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jlvs.one and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces. Access to and use of the jlvs platform, including the placement of real-money wagers, is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

jlvs reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including at account registration, at the time of first withdrawal, or upon any reasonable suspicion that a user may not meet the minimum age requirement. Acceptable age verification documents include, but are not limited to, a Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID, passport issued by the Republic of the Philippines, or a driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO).

To access real-money gaming services on jlvs, you must register a single, personal account. You warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number — is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

One Account Policy: Each individual may maintain only one (1) active jlvs account. The operation of multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements: jlvs is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 as amended (Anti-Money Laundering Act), to conduct customer due diligence. Full KYC verification — including government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address, and, where required, source of funds documentation — must be completed before processing withdrawal requests above prescribed thresholds. jlvs reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality for any account that has not completed KYC verification.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlvs account credentials. • Minimum Deposit: ₱100 or equivalent across all supported payment methods.

The following general conditions apply to all jlvs promotional offers:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet applicable wagering requirements before being converted to withdrawable cash.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlvs platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Operating multiple accounts or allowing any third party to operate your account;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, cheating, or manipulation of game outcomes;
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 as amended;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any security, access control, or technical protection measure of the jlvs platform;
• Engaging in bonus abuse or exploitation of system errors for financial gain;
• Using the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal under applicable local law.

All content on the jlvs platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio-visual materials, game interfaces, and the jlvs brand identity — is the proprietary property of jlvs or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international conventions. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right, license, or interest in any jlvs intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse-engineering, or commercial exploitation of any jlvs platform content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlvs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the jlvs platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Game outcomes, whether favorable or unfavorable, including outcomes affected by technical malfunction;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security;
• Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or any service;
• Errors or inaccuracies in the platform content, game odds, or payment processing;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes jlvs's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable Philippine consumer protection laws.

jlvs reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Actual or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a prescribed period;
• Determination that the account is being used for money laundering or other illegal activity;
• Detection of duplicate account operation;
• Identification of the account holder as a politically exposed person (PEP) requiring enhanced due diligence.

You may close your jlvs account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, provided KYC requirements are satisfied and no active investigation is pending.

Initial Dispute Resolution: Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact jlvs customer support at [email protected] and provide a written description of your dispute. jlvs will endeavor to resolve all good-faith complaints within fifteen (15) business days. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached, you may then escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution process or to the appropriate Philippine court of competent jurisdiction.

jlvs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered users via email notification or a prominent notice on the jlvs platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where practicable. Amendments required by regulatory directive from PAGCOR or applicable Philippine law may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the jlvs platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure.
